Abstract

In July 2019, it was found that the roots of Cyperus rotundus plant was damaged by Trionymus agrestis in the summer maize field of Xuchang Campus of Henan Agricultural University, which was the first report that T.agrestis could damage C.rotundus. This paper briefly described the feeding characteristics of T.agrestis on C.rotundus, which provides an important basis for further research on the ecological characteristics and control technique of T.agrestis.
